Optimum
usage are
guidelines. Follow your feelings as to how
often to use these recordings.
THE CLEARING RECORDING
Listen
to first.
Listen to PART 1 first. PART 1
prepares your subconscious mind for the clearing. Then listen to PART
2 as soon as it is convenient. PART 2 does the actual clearing away
of resistance and blocks to suggestions as well as negative energy in
general. Both parts require your undivided attention. Recline position,
dim lights, turn off phone and arrange not to be disturbed.
Headphones work best. PART 1 is 30 minutes, PART 2 is 30 minutes.
THE
HYPNOTIC RECORDING
Listen to second (as
soon as it is convenient).
You should listen to this
recording second, after Clearing. Listen to PART
1 first.
This takes you as deep into hypnosis as you want to go and puts into
your subconscious mind the applicable suggestions. PART
2 does the same as a short
'booster'. Both parts require your undivided attention. Recline position,
dim lights, turn off phone and arrange not to be disturbed.
Headphones work best. PART 1
is 30 minutes, PART 2
is 16 minutes.
Optimum usage
is either part one time every 1-2 days.
THE
SUBLIMINAL RECORDING
Listen to third, as
soon as it is convenient. (best in CD)
You can listen to this recording
at any time. However, it is much more effective after
listening to the Clearing and Hypnotic recordings. You can play it at any
volume with equal effectiveness (I prefer low volume). You
do not have to pay attention to this recording. You can play the
Subliminal while doing other activities that do not require your
attention to safety. 60 minutes.
Optimum usage
is once a day.
THE
SLEEP LEARNING RECORDING
Also listen to third,
as soon as it is convenient. Play
at low volume in 'repeat' or 'continuous' mode during your entire sleep
period. With a stream overlay this recording is the perfect white
sound for masking outside noise. At the same time, the suggestions
are IMPLANTED deeper into your subconscious mind along with added
suggestion to easily enter into a deep, sound, restful sleep,
awakening when you should, refreshed and filled with energy. 60
minutes.
Optimum
